INTRODUCING MOONSHINE JASMINE
Pittsburgh’s Regionally Touring Bluesy Folk Duo
This story begins in parts. Megan got her start with a 3-song deal with Mad Hands Records. This brought her newfound success, tour dates, and a #1 hit single on the Indie Nashville charts. Traveling from New York to Chicago, with tons of stops in between, Megan Pennington was on the search for a band that she could take on the road. She joined forces with blues artist, Tyler Feathers, who had had his share of fill in gigs around the Pittsburgh area.
Bringing you an electrifying set of acoustic blusey tunes, Moonshine Jasmine is on the move. Moonshine Jasmine is known for their Joplin-esque sound that incorporates Megan’s love of folk and Tyler’s love of blues. You’ll catch a John Lee Hooker track followed by a Johnny Cash song and you simply won’t be able to help but dance and sing along!
After their release of “I’m Not Sorry” Moonshine Jasmine had the chance to take their act all the way to Wyoming – and they have plans to cross off more states in 2023.
Check out what the band’s up to and maybe catch a show. You won’t regret it!
